WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT?
In the course of providing the Service, we collect two types of data and information:

The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information, (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the user from which the Non-personal Information was collected. We may collect the following Non-Personal Information:

  • Technical information – this includes information such as the browser you are using and its display settings, your operating system, device type, session start/stop time, time zone, network connection type (e.g., Wi-Fi, cellular), contacts, cookie information, your general location (city and country) and general information regarding your online behavior (e.g. clicks, actions, search queries, installed apps, etc.).

  • Information from advertising networks and other third parties – this category includes information we receive from our advertising networks partners and other business partners to whom we provide our Services (collectively, "Partners"). This may include pseudonymous advertiser identifiers that some Partners choose to share with us in the course of providing them with our Services.

The second type of information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an individual (“Personal Information”). Such information includes:

  • Device information – we may collect specific types of connection details and information with regard to your device and hardware that may identify from where you are using our Services or for the purpose of using our Technology (or combined with such information), including:

    • IP addresses, from which geographic location may be inferred, as well as system configuration information such as information about end users’ operating system;

    • Mobile advertising identifiers, such as iOS IDFAs and Android Advertising IDs. These identifiers may be associated with other information we collect through the Technology or Service, from third parties, or through any other services we offer;

    • Apps that you have installed, mobile websites that you have interacted with, and how you interact with them, including whether and how you interact with ads (including time-stamp information);

    • Device type and other device information (e.g., whether you are using a smartphone or tablet, and related information);

    • Mobile Carrier ASN (autonomous system number) / Network provider;

    • Other unique identifiers that may be associated with an end users’ device, including identifiers provided by clients or their service providers; and we may combine and merge the various types of information collected from the Service or Technology, and may also enhance it (or permit our Partners to enhance it) with information collected from third parties.

  • Contact Information - if you contact us, we may receive your email address, name, and any other Personal Information you may choose to provide us with.

  • Information from our Partners and other third parties – this category includes information we receive from our Partners and other third parties to help us deliver ads and personalized content to you and recognize you across browsers and devices. This may also include Personal Information such as your IP, geo location, and related data they provide us in the course of providing them with our Service.

If we combine Personal Information with non-Personal Information, the combined data will be treated as Personal Information.

GROUNDS FOR DATA COLLECTION

In some cases, we may need the Personal Information to protect your vital interests or those of another person.

Where we rely on your consent to process your Personal Information, you have the right to withdraw or decline consent at any time. Where we rely on our legitimate interests to process your Personal Information, you have the right to object.
